Here we talk with each other to see if we have a fit.
In
that discussion we will answer each other's questions and decide if we have the
potential for synergy.
STEP 2
Formulate
an agreement
If you
decide you wish to move forward with coaching, we will formulate an agreement
to make sure we understand each other's involvement, requirements and
expectations.
STEP 3
Get
to know you in depth
Life is not a one-size-fits-all proposition.
Maximum
progress comes from custom-tailored strategies. For that reason we incorporate
the best of logic and intuition to tailor our coaching relationship.
The logical
part comes from specific measuring instruments that help us know your best
learning style, your strategies for handling the stress in your life, your time
and life management patterns, key stresses in your life, and your preferred
communication style. The intuitive part comes from the inklings of insight
we get when we communicate with each other. It's based on noticing communication
patterns and trusting our hearts and inner voices to focus questions, suggestions
and requests in beneficial directions. From this basis we will explore
your wants, needs, values, habits, goals, and challenges.

Design
and begin implementing your new ways of being to maximize growth and balance in
your life
